Our most popular engagement is the Transform program. It's a 9 month engagement where we take your Discover Blueprint to another level. We dig much deeper into your design, hardwiring and vision. You'll practically learn how to use your hardwiring to create your life by design.
We create lasting transformation and changes in the areas that matter most to you. We examine your perceptions, your programming, and living your life from a place of potentiality. You are able to move beyond your ‘design’ and take control of the sound mixer of your life, learning to use the levers to create sustainable change.
This results in accelerating your impact and getting into aligned action. Transform is an opportunity to heal and to create the life you were born to lead in a private, one-to-one experience.
It is a space will be a space to speak out, share and explore the shadow of oppression. Together, we will co-create the space you need to expand our calling to full wingspan, turning your vision into reality.
Ultimately, we'll be covering 3 major aspects:
First, an internal (re)alignment. Remembering who you are, before the conditioning, trauma, and indoctrination changed your perception and covered up your truth and power. This includes a rediscovering of who you are, your why, your calling and your potential. Looking deeply at your hardwiring and your unique design, voice, and needs.
Secondly, it's a deep transformation, to look at the role of biology, ancestral wounds, programming and conditioning. Unpacking each element and it's lasting influence in your life. Finding the triggers, the pain, the shadow, your strengths, your courage, and your fears. Unprogramming at a deep level. It's the real work.
Thirdly, and most importantly, integration and embodiment. It is the work of clarity of purpose and action. It's the catalyst that gets us moving forward, however imperfectly, in the direction of our vision. It's a space to make a mess, to try something new, to look at the frameworks. To adapt the things in your world to support you, instead of feeling like we have to adapt to fit into the world. It's creating systems that support us. It's learning to ask for help. It's creating more fulfilling relationships with ourselves and those around us. It's taking responsibility for what is ours and reclaiming our own personal power.
We often toggle between steps two and three often as we see the programming, release it, and integrate it. Having these uncomfortable conversations is not a easy. Overcoming internal resistance is not easy. Staying true to your north star is hard during the storms.
