Phases of Our Work with You
The three main phases of our work: 1) listening & assessment, 2) identity & discernment, and 3) integration & implementation.
The listening and assessment phase is the most important phase by far. Urgency and undo pressure to get moving is unhelpful in this stage; instead, we slow down, listen, and do a 360 degree assessment of the current situation.
In the second phase, we take a deeper look at identity and discern distinct patterns in ways of being and determine structural elements that are shaping the current dynamics. We identify the elements of the unique blueprint that you are working with: strengths, shadows, potentials, vision, and blind spots.
In the last and generally the longest phase, we turn our attention to integration and implementation. We promote low stakes change that builds momentum and create systems and structures to support the process. We build sustainability, flexibility, and accountability into each piece of the process for now and as you grow into the future.
I do my best to integrate these three distinct phases into every offering, no matter the size of the container or the goals of the individual or team.
