Where Dreaming into Possibility Meets Personal Praxis and Accountability
I work with change makers, visionaries, catalysts, and leaders who are dreaming a new world into existence and who are on the leading edge of possibility and ready to embrace more liberatory frameworks in the way they work. We are touching lives in profound and meaningful ways.
In late stage capitalism, the pervasive story has been one of extraction, transaction, and disconnection. Yet there is a multitude of possibilities that focus on mutuality, respect, and regeneration.
While reclaiming personal power and interpersonal connection are important skills, the more challenging part, where most of us fall down, is building a system of accountability and financial sustainability around our meaningful work. Far too often, I hear from those who are trying to make their work accessible and safe for the marginalized, yet they are barely making enough to sustain themselves and their organization for the long term. We need both of these elements to create true sustainability, justice, and safety.
At times, especially at times of transition and change, it can feel difficult to find praxis that is aligned with our culture, aims, and financial goals, while still focused on creating systemic change in the world. Together, we will explore the ecosystem of your culture at a personal and interpersonal level, as well as building systems for larger scale change. The aim is to move from overwhelm and hesitation, to clear, consistent and aligned action.
