Group Messaging Guidelines
Here are a few ground rules to the Group chat. I'm happy to add other guidelines as a group as necessary.
Keep in mind, this is a new feature, so I might not get it right all the time. It's primarily a space for our BIPOC members to share their learnings and experiences with the readings in a way that is free from white/colonial gaze.
And also, I live with chronic pain that does affect my ability to respond at times. As a rule, audios and short text messages work best for me and I will do my best to accommodate your needs as well.

- We agree to use the similar guidelines/norms outlined in the main space. Make sure you have agreed to those in the Mighty Networks space.
- Let's keep the topics to related to our course.
- What is shared is confidential, however, your learnings are welcome to be shared elsewhere.
- I'll be checking in about once a week, seeing how everyone is doing. My aim is for this to be Monday or Tuesday.
- You're welcome to share whenever, but I will monitor during business hours, i.e. M-F 10-6 pm UK time. Use World Time Buddy to determine your local time.
- If you have other needs or have other ideas, please let me know here via email.
